      1. Step forward with the left leg into a left Front Stance, Pyrimid Block (double low block).
      2. Right leg Front Kick, land in front into a right Front Stance, Spreading Block (double outside middle block).
      3. Left leg Front Kick, land in front into a left Front Stance, left High Block.
      4. Right leg Side Kick, land in front into a right Back Stance, right Double Knife Middle Block and YELL!
      5. Turn to the left, step with left foot into a Front Stance, Left hand Down Block
      6. Step forward with the right foot info a Horse Stance, Right Middle Punch
      7. Step forward with the left foot into a Horse Stance, Left Middle Punch
      8. Step forward with the right foot into a Horse Stance, Right Middle Punch and Yell!
      9. Turing all the way around counterclockwise, step with your left foot into a Back Stance, Left Outside Middle Block
      10. Step forward with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right Middle Punch
      11. Turning around clockwise, step out with the right foot into a Back Stance, Right Outside Middle Block
      12. Step forward with the left foot into a Front Stance, Left Middle Punch
      13. Turning left, step out with the left foot into a Front Stance, Left Down Block
      14. Step forward with the right foot into a Horse Stance, Right Middle Punch
      15. Step forward with the left foot into a Horse Stance, Left Middle Punch
      16. Step Forward with the right foot into a Horse Stance, Right Middle Punch and Yell!
      17. Turn all the way around counterclockwise and step out with the left foot into a Back Stance, Left Outside Middle Block
      18. Step forward with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right Middle Punch
      19. Turn all the way around clockwise, step out with the right foot into a Back Stance, Right Outside Middle Block
      20. Step forward with the left foot into a Front Stance, Left Middle Punch and Yell!
