STEP BY STEP

        1. Step Back with left into a right Front Stance, Scissor Block.
        2. Step left with the left foot into a Left Back Stance, left Double Knife Hand Low Block.
        3. Step forward with the right foot into a Back Stance, right Double Knife Middle Block.
        4. Step backwards with the right foot into a Back Stance, left Push Block.
        5. Step forward with the right foot into a Front Stance, right Middle Punch.
        6. Turn clockwise (180 degrees)Step forward with the right foot info a Back Stance, right Double Knife Low Block.
        7. Step forward with the left foot into a Back Stance, left Double Knife Hand Middle Block.
        8. Step backwards with the left foot into a Back Stance, right Push Block.
        9. Step forward with the left foot into a Front Stance, left Middle Punch.
        10. Turn counterclockwise (90 degrees), Step forward with left foot into a Front Stance, Scissor Block.
        11. Step forward with the right foot into a Front Stance, right Reinforced Middle Block.
        12. Step forward with the left foot into a Front Stance, left Reinforced  Middle Block.
        13. Step forward with the right foot into a Front Stance, right Middle Spear Hand and YELL!
        14. Turn counterclockwise (90 degrees), step forward with the left foot into a Front Stance, left Outside Middle Block, right then left hand Middle Punch.
        15. Left leg Side Kick/left Hand Back Fist, land in front with left leg into a Front Stance, right Elbow Striking left hand.
        16. Step Forward with the right foot into a Back Stance, right Double Knife Middle Block.
        17. Turn clockwise (180 degrees), step out with the right foot into a Front Stance, right Outside Middle Block, Left then right Middle Punch.
        18. Right leg Side Kick/Right Back Fist, land in front with right leg into a Front Stance, left Elbow Striking right hand.
      19. Step forward with the left foot into a Back Stance, left Double Knife Middle Block.
      20. Turn counterclockwise (90 degrees), step out with the left foot into a Front Stance, Scissor Block.
      21. Step forward with the right foot into a Back Stance, right Double Fist Low Block.
      22. Step forward with the left foot into a Back Stance, left Double Fist Low Block.
      23. Step forward with the right foot into a Front Stance, right Middle Punch and YELL!
      24. Turn counterclockwise (90 degrees) step forward with the left foot into a Back Stance, left Double Knife Low Block.
      25. Step forward with the right foot into a Back Stance, right Double Knife Middle Block.
      26. Step backwards with the right foot into a Back Stance, left Push Block.
      27. Step forward with the right foot into a Front Stance, right Middle Punch.
      28. Turn clockwise (180 degrees), step forward with the right foot into a Back Stance, right Double Knife Low Block.
      29. Step forward with the left foot into a Back Stance, left Double Knife Middle Block.
      30. Step backwards with the left foot into a Back Stance, right Push Block.
      31. Step forward with the left foot into a Front Stance, left Middle Punch and YELL!
