Kicho Hana, also known as Basic 1, is one of the beginner forms used in Taekwondo. It is the most basic form and consists of 8 movements with two steps each. After practicing Kicho Hana, athletes can move on to more advanced forms such as Kicho Dool and Kicho Set. Practicing all these forms is an important part of Taekwondo training as they help to develop and refine technique, concentration, coordination, and stamina. Kicho Hana contains basic punches, kicks and blocks that are all essential techniques for any Taekwondo athlete.

By mastering the principles of this form, practitioners can become more proficient in their sport.           1. 2. Step forward with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right Middle Punch
          1. 3. Turn to the right, stepping out with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right hand Low Block
          1. 4. Step Forward with the left foot into a Front Stance, Left Middle Punch
