- 1. Turn left, Step out with left foot into Front Stance, left Low Block.
- 2. Moving forward right foot Front Front Stance, Right Middle Punch.
- 3. Turn clockwise (180 degrees), stepping out with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right Low Block.
- 4. Moving forward left foot Front Stance, Left Middle Punch.
- 5. Turn counterclockwise (90 degrees), step with left foot into a Front Stance, Left Low Block.
- 6. Step forward with the right foot info a Front Stance, Right High Block.
- 7. Step forward with the left foot into a Front Stance, Left High Block.
- 8. Step forward with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right High Punch and Yell!
- 9. Turn counterclockwise (90 degrees), step with your left foot into a Back Stance, Left Double Knife Hand Middle Block.
- 10. Moving forward with the right leg Back Stance, Right Double Knife Hand Middle Block.
- 11. Turn clockwise (180 degrees), step out with the right foot into a Back Stance, Right Double Knife hand Middle Block.
- 12. Moving forward left leg Back Stance, Left Double Knife Hand Middle Block.
- 13. Turn counterclockwise (90 degrees), step out with the left foot into a Back Stance, Left Outside Middle Block, shift stance to right Back Stance, Right Outside Middle Block.
- 14. Step backward with the right foot into a Back Stance, Left Inside Middle Block
- 15. Step backward with the left foot into a Back Stance, Right Inside Middle Block
- 16. Step backward with the right foot into a Back Stance, Left Inside Middle Block, shift stance to right Back Stance, right Outside Middle Block.
- 17. Turn counterclockwise (90 degrees), step out with the left foot into a Front Stance, Left High Block
- 18. Moving forward right foot Front Kick into a right leg Front Stance, Right High Punch
- 19. Turn clockwise (180 degrees), step out with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right High Block
