STEP BY STEP

        1. Turn left, Step out with left foot into Back Stance, left Double Knife Hand Middle Block.
        2. Right leg Front Kick, land forward into a right Front Stance, right Middle Punch.
        3. Turn clockwise (180 degrees), stepping out with the right foot into a Back Stance, Right Double Knife Hand Middle Block.
        4. Left leg Front Kick, land forward into a left Front Stance, left Middle Punch.
        5. Turn counterclockwise (90 degrees), step with left foot into a Front Stance, left Down Block, left Knife Hand High Block/right Knife Hand Strike (to neck).
        6. Right leg Front Kick, land forward into X Stace, Right Back Fist and YELL!
        7. Turn counterclockwise (90 degrees), step forward with left foot into a Back Stance, left Double Knife Hand Middle Block.
        8. Moving left foot shift into a left Front Stance, Spreading Block (double outside forearm middle blocks).
        9. Right leg Front Kick landing in front into a right Front Stance, right and left Middle Punch.
        10. Turn clockwise (180 degrees), step forward with right foot into a Back Stance, right Double Knife Hand Middle Block.
        11. Left leg Front Kick landing in front into a left Front Stance, left and right Middle Punch.
        12. Turn counterclockwise (90 degrees), step witht he left leg into a left Front Stance, left Double Middle Knife Hand Block.
        13. Moving left foot shift into a left Front Stance, left Knife Hand High Block/right Palm Heel Strike.
        14. Right leg Front Kick, landing in front into a right Front Stance, right Back Fist and YELL!
        15. Left leg Front Kick, landing in front into a left Front Stance, left High Block.
        16. Right leg Side Kick, landing in front into a right Back Stance, right Double Knife Hand Middle Block.
        17. In place, shift your feet into a left Back Stance, left Double Knife Hand Middle Block and YELL!
