- 2. Step forward with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right Hi Punch
- 3. Turn to the right, stepping out with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right hand Low Block
- 4. Step Forward with the left foot into a Front Stance, Left High Punch
- 5. Turn to the left, step with left foot into a Front Stance, Left hand Low Block
- 6. Step forward with the right foot info a Front Stance, Right Hi Block
- 7. Step forward with the left foot into a Front Stance, Left Hi Block
- 8. Step forward with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right High Block and Yell!
- 9. Turing all the way around counterclockwise, step with your left foot into a Front Stance, Left Low Block
- 10. Step forward with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right High Punch
- 11. Turning around clockwise, step out with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right Low Block
- 12. Step forward with the left foot into a Front Stance, Left High Punch
- 13. Turning left, step out with the left foot into a Front Stance, Left Low Block
- 14. Step forward with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right High Block
- 15. Step forward with the left foot into a Front Stance, Left High Block
- 16. Step Forward with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right High Block and Yell!
- 17. Turn all the way around counterclockwise and step out with the left foot into a Front Stance, Left Low Block
- 18. Step forward with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right High Punch
- 19. Turn all the way around clockwise, step out with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right Low Block
