Cardio Kickboxing Class Includes:
Phase 1: The Warm Up
We start the class with light exercise to loosen up the body and get the heart rate up. After that we stretch.
Phase 2: Bag Work
The instructor will go over the mechanics of the combination that the class will be doing for the day. You will then partner up and back and forth, do the combination with your partner
Phase 3: The Floor
After the bag phase of the class, we will target a body part and tone that part of the body using body weight and gym equipment.
Phase 4: The Warm Down
After the floor phase we will end the class with some breathing and stretching exercises.
