SUMMER CAMP ACTIVITITES
Below is list of the camp activates the children will be participating in during our Summer Camp.
Activities cover all the important areas of our martial arts Summer Camps, including:
- Kicking, striking, and blocking drills
- self defense techniques with a partner, forms, and sparring
- “Sport of the Week” (soccer, football, volley ball etc.)
- Wrestling, ground defense, and brazilian jiu jitsu
- Child saftey, and bully prevention funshop
- Arts & Crafts
- Four exciting field trips a week
- Weekly library days, beach days, and park days
- Tigers & dragons martial arts character development program
- History and culture of the country of the “art of the day”
- Special appearances from BSO, ems, Lighthouse Point Fire Dept.
- Board breaking, martial arts weapons class (staff, nunchukah,…)
- Lessons on the appropriate time to use these new skills, and much, much more!
Summer Camp Itinerary
We have fun, exciting, organized and effective group classes of all kinds catering to fitness, strength and self defense.
Drop Off
Campers can be picked up earlier and late pick-up is offered for an additional fee.

Character Building Activities
The campers will engage in games and activities aimed at instilling teamwork, Martial Arts values and life skills (Courtesy, Integrity, Respect, Self Discipline and Self Control). These lessons are hidden in fun games and activities.
LUNCH
Because of allergies, health concerns and family values, campers are responsible for bringing their own food. We have a full kitchen so whatever the parents provide, we can make sure its prepared properly.
CLEAN UP
Campers will clean up their area and themselves
SPECIAL EVENT
At this time campers will enjoy Park Days, Special Guests and fun exciting field trips.
PICK UP
Parents can pick up children after 6:00pm if needed. Please discuss with Mecca Staff.
