- 1. Turn left, Step out with left foot into Front Stance with a left handed Low Block
- 2. Step forward with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right Inside Middle Block
- 3. Turn to the right 180 degrees, stepping out with the right foot into a Front Stance, Right Low Block
- 4. Step Forward with the left foot into a Front Stance, Left Middle Punch
- 5. Turn to the left, step with left foot into a Front Stance, Left hand Down Block
- 6. Step forward with the right foot info a Horse Stance, Right Middle Punch
- 7. Step forward with the left foot into a Horse Stance, Left Middle Punch
